Ideas for bank robbers

im making a bank robbers game where team 1 is robbing the bank and team 2 has to stop them

there’s currently three safes to break into and once broken into it sets off an alarm that mobilizes team 2.

theres also an escape hatch that requires 200 cash

what else should I add? i feel like i need to do something more before publishing

add speed upgrades and a tag system

Add a jail where the robbers have to first break out of.

Add like a police station for the police, they have a better set of gadgets.

The robbers only have pickaxes but run faster.

With money, both teams can buy gadgets from the gadget shop.

Police should be able to put the robbers in the jail, and the robbers have to break out again.

how do i make speed upgrade?

Add an overlay and make it when it is pressed, it transmits on a channel to a speed modifiers that sets the player speed to 2x or smthin

Vending machine wire-> Speed modifier

Team 2 will be very boring if it has to wait to be mobilized.

How about this, add an alarm system using lasers that dont damage you
When hit by a laser, team 2 is let loose

Add one of those high tech security systems with lasers and when you try to steal the safe, a large gate falls onto the area.

make roles, stealers and police…
and add a Npc which is the employer you are stealing from..

Make it so that team 1 has a limited time to rob the thing

You can add quests. For example, once the player steals the safe, they have to figure out how to sneak by the cops without getting caught, after that they have to escape the city Flooded with cops.


No no, like when the player escapes the bank, they have to like escape the city without getting caught. Like the cops are actively looking for the player.

The cops aren’t npc’s. From what you are saying, it sounds like this idea would be if the cops were npcs. The cops in this game are another team :+1:

Add a “Panic mode”


When there is only safe left, team 2 will get stressed and get double speed

You can make npcs with sentry’s, Popups, and buttons!

You can just make a sentry and put an invisible barrier over it. Then, wire a button to a pop-up device.

You can give the thief’s gadgets that are not too powerful and the cops you can give them A pickaxe that would be representing a police baton and that once the the thief’s are in the money safe you put a zone in there and do not allow gadget firing this will prevent the team to camp .
And you can also place Npcs as the banks security that would be the thief’s first challenge to get to the money vaults.
