Any ideas of how to make a cutscene, just zooming in
For zooming in and confining the camera to a specific area, the camera zoom and camera point devices will do just fine.
As for animation, there are a ton of guides on it. Just hit the magnifying glass in the corner and look for “animation”, and you’ll find plenty of full-length guide with pictures!
Even then, I’m sure Phoenix and others are on their way to provide guides.
