So you would want to place a barrier over the teleporter that would block off players from getting onto the teleport, and then place down a vending machine and let a player buy from it. After it’s bought, deactivate the barrier (make it player-scoped).
The vending machine can cost whatever you want by the way.

Make the teleporter deactive on game start, then use a vending machine, and wire it to the teleporter
