How would I make it so that score is tracked by how many sentries you knock

You could try with the counting, but instead of using it and wiring it to the flag you could do it to count knockouts

Is there a way I can do it with properties, some items may be quest items, or, they may throw them away because of clutter

in settings you can do it
It only does player knockouts, I was planning to use the property setting and a K/D ratio

there is no way to do that, but you can make it so that the sentries give a specific item, therefore that specific item is the tracking scoreboard

ok, in the meantime, mark a solution so we can know what is done.
I got it working, by using a knockout manager, counter, and a property.
Km when entity knocked, increment counter
then in the counter setting, make it increment the property
