Hi, I made a game in gimkit called LASER TAG. It was doing OK. About 500 plays or so (OKAY FINE!!! 480). And my friend comes along and copy’s my idea, and is currently at the top of trending!! I need help making my game better if you have any pointers please reply below. To play search up (EVILEYE). Thanks for reading this whole paragraph. P.S. don’t copy pls.

If they have copied your MAP, then it’s possible to report it as plagiarism.
If they have copied your IDEA and have a different map, etc, you cant do much except tell your friend about it and maybe suggest changing their ideas a bit.

Dam, 480 plays, that’s not bad for a laser tag game without gimmicks! Anyways, I play tested the game, and as far as I’m sure, your game is pretty good! I would suggest adding more decoration with props like plants coming out of the ground with broken canisters, as there was a spacey theme.
I play tested your game and your friend’s game, and if I’m being honest, there was NO reason for your friend’s game to succeed over yours. I mean, they didn’t even layer the walls, and used horizontal barriers for vertical walls. If they talked tr@sh about your game, tell them they can’t even layer walls. Even though they have an upgrade shop and you don’t, their upgrade shop isn’t good.

Make a better Upgrade shop. Try to make more engaging maps, like ones that have traps or ones that have disappearing barriers at random times. To go with that, make a map selector, where players choose the map. You can also add different modes, like TDM, FFA, Capture-the-Flag, and Capture points. Combine all the map and mode ideas and you’re basically set for life (not really, the game will need updates).
