im planning to have a bunch of teams, including a village-helping team, a sabotaging/crime team, an adventure team, and i need ideas for other teams
also, any other game ideas?

A forging team. Maybe make like a gambling casino? Same principle as fishtopia to do this. And maybe a quest to the underwater lands. Or the Purple island.

Yeah, different quests would be cool. Like for one you would have to travel to different islands or biomes to get the necessary items. Once you finally collected all items, you would complete the grand quest.
