Hi! I know I’m a bit late, but one idea I was thinking of using was:
You and your friend Steve (or whatever you want to name him; you don’t even need to add him if you don’t want, it’s up to you!) are poor. However, one day, the royals offer a reward. Someone has stolen their jewels! If you are able to find the culprit, they will give you 10% (or whatever percentage you want) of their riches.
I was originally going to make this, but I kind of lost motivation. Anyway, just an idea. Hope this helps!

Uh…let’s see…how about you escape from a terrible nightmare, your worst one! It said your whole family except you and someone else passed away in a shipwreck! You are now stranded on an island and cannot be waken up from your nightmare! You have to defeat the King of Evil Dreams and his minions! But…when you woke up, your long-lost sister and whole family was trying to wake you up from a fire! Well, that will come in Part 2…

Another idea is an educational game: poems, learn how to create your poems with a choose-your own story game! Go on a daring adventure to learn more about poems! Love poems by the way or the game could be teaching about how to create some stories…
Or…a dating sim! (about you have to win Pamela’s love to save the world, Pamela is the love force or something? Perfect for people who love Star Wars

or some sentries are tryin to knock you out at you and then there is an escape trigger or button that you teleport to a random room (maybe hospital) and then try to escape that place to get to your hometown or family kingdom whtevr

oh for more lore to what I thought of a need more ____ is need more idea’s about you being a scientist trying to invent something new but then in the normal ending you start the zombie apocalypse trying to make your idea come true until you woke up out of your dream and went to find your parents and you don’t see anyone you go back to sleep and then that dream goes nightmare mode were the scientist/little kid sees there parents in a bell and then the kid saw that he was a zombie as the jester of the king zombie ringing the bell and hearing the parents cry’s until the bell got thrown into the ground where the king was on a very long chair and the parents were gone for ever and the kid was stuck there forever

@MONKE, what about a choose your own adventure that starts at your house and you talk to your family and use options. Talking to mum will make you either do homework or help her in the garden. Talking to dad you will need to either go to the hardware store with him or watch the tv. Talking to sister will be either meet her new boyfriend or something or cook with her. Talking to brother will either make you wrestle him or play video games with him. You can also add to these to make each option have good things and/or consequences. I hope you have fun creating this game and I hope you found this helpful.
