Yes you can. It’s kinda simple actually.

Teleporters by nature are one way. If you want it to be for pushing a button, just make it so pushing the button teleports you by connection them with a wire.

You can also make it so when you enter a zone, it will link to the teleporter and send you there. Hope this helped!
