This one is when a player joins a game, but you can change the text in the green block to “has made it to st. 3, easy!” and it’ll work.
Wire that to a zone (player enters zone > send notification). You can make it send to “eyerybody” under the all options menu if you want everyone to see it.

you have to use the notification device, and copy the block code @Hdangerzones showed. Also remember to put the notifications to global

Use a checkpoint device… then do
When the player activates the checkpoint → Activate channel
And the put the channel to like Stage 3 or something. Name the channels different for every checkpoint, and put - When receiving on → send notification
