I need help with lore for my game Tower of Fantasy

My game is a platformer called the Tower of Fantasy, and I need lore for a creator/final boss in the game, as well as four mythical creatures.
Here is a list of what I need:

  1. Four mythical creatures (not elves, pixies, dragons, or phoenix)
  2. Tricks or traps that they add to the level
  3. A name for the final-boss-type creature (super mysterious)
  4. Gim for final-boss-type creature
  5. Lore for final-boss-type creature

Mythical creatures: Dragons, Goblins, Griffin and a mermaid (yes very basic and I’m sorry)

Tricks or traps:

  • Dragon: Little fire emojis/barrier art appear at random times during the level
  • Goblin: Have random props appear/move to block your way
  • Griffin: Since griffins protect, maybe you are the villain in this level and the Griffin is throwing spears at you
  • Mermaid: Have the level be about the :sparkles: sea :sparkles: and at random times, music notes appear and a big wave comes up and kills you :D

Final boss name

Cloaked Katana

Gim: Shadeborn
The name is Cloaked Katana because the gim is cloaked (duh) and shoots katanas (or swords) at yu :3

Im not good with lore though :0

Oh, no problem! I’ll fix that if I have time :>

@justaguy0341 They aren’t like sentries where they are physically fighting, just mischievous. For example, there is a point with an elvin trap that teleports them to a different place and they have to respawn to get back. Like I said, not physically attacking, just tricks, like a disappearing barrier.

@Silly_alien Oh yeah, I forgot that I did do dragons. Sorry!

k I’m back

Etherous
Gim : solaria

A god fallen from their former glory. Once best friends with the king and queens of every region imaginable, loved by all. Putting on shows in the sky like not gim has ever seen before. Until they used her shows for a greater purpose. Having her call down meteors that just so happened to hit a riving kingdom, beautiful rain showers that flooded everyone else’s crops while letting their own thrive. But she was oblivious to all of this, not clue she was being taken for granted. She was kicked off mount gimpus for causing too much trouble for all villages and kingdoms, big and small. She never let up on her final moments with such true power. Taking the souls of anyone who comes near her to fuel herself. You just best hope you’re not next. (also little detail but the name is a play on ethereal, meaning too perfect for life)

I had fun writing this let me know if you want anything else

LORE!!!

  • Leprechauns: Attacks with rays of rainbows, gold coins (mines), and four leaf clovers attacks. You could also add a “leprechaun trap” to trap the player (if you have no idea what I’m talking about, look them up).

  • Angels: Attacks with rays of light and purity. I think the best place would be to have the rays coming down from the sky since most angels are up in heaven!

  • Werewolves: Attacks with claws that come up on screen, you can also add spikes to try and symbolize claws.

  • Yetis: Attacks with ice shards and snowballs. You can also add occasional avalanche type events that happen randomly!

  • Final boss name: Scarlet Substance

  • Gim: Raveena

  • Lore: After being outcast because her potions were too dangerous, she vowed to end all “normal” beings. She keeps mythical creatures seen as “defected” alive, while attacking those seen as normal by the general public. She attacks these “normies” with a variety of potions and spells

Monster 1: Modern Minotaur
Gim: Truckosaurus
Attacks: Will bathe some platforms in red slamming into them from above after 3 seconds and dealing 30 damage if the player is on them.
Monster 2: Mini Manticore Swarm
Gim: Skrala
Will emerge randomly from props and will inflict a damager for 4 seconds on every hit, avoided by reaching lantern light, which scatters them into the shadows.
Monster 3: Circe
Gim: Raveena
Attack: Will slow the player’s movement speed at random and occasionally cover their screen in pink hearts, can transform props into sentries.
Monster 4: Enraged Druid
Gim: Nightroot
Attacks: Player takes damage if they touch grass or natural terrain(Gamers can’t touch grass, duh), poisonous clouds can appear from plants, can summon Evil Plant sentries.
Final Boss: Gaia
Gim: Bedrock
An ancient deity straight from the depths of Tartarus, it can summon any of the previous monsters attacks, forms lightning clouds that strike for 25 damage after 2 seconds, can summon fire at 3 second intervals on random platforms, and uses a Legendary Twister.
Lore: Infuriated by Gimind’s desecration of natural resources, Gaia has opened the gates of the underworld to wipe you from the Earth and start anew.

@King_Thunder_Alt1 Haha, nice Greek mythology lore.

Monster 4: Enraged Druid

I think you meant Driad, but I may be wrong.

Druid or Dryad, either is applicable, I just used Druid because I do DND.

Druid is usually related to nature, like a witch/magical protector of the forest (and in DND) whilst a dryad is a mythical creature that usually has a tree that it is symbiotically connected to.

Compromise, Druid that became a Dryad due to extreme devotion to the local wood by feeding an ancient malevolent tree with Gim sacrifices to unify their souls.

I don’t do dnd :3

so uh, I’m kind of ill-educated here, but I wanna help out because I want to spread my horizons, I suppose.

Could someone explain what conversation is going on, because I cant follow along lol.

@King_Thunder_Alt1 a gift for being my “inspiration” (kind of) to try loremaking:

@Blackjack Thank you so much! Feel free to ask me for pointers if you need them, I will try my best.
@bookworm101 Do you want a deeper lore for the game, or just the individual monsters?

@King_Thunder_Alt1 All I really need is a basic list for monsters, the final boss, Tim for final boss, and lore for final boss. Not a whole storyline. The monsters don’t need gims or lore, just a name and ability.

Tim for final boss

Sorry, I meant gim but it auto-corrected to Tim.

This is about to be one of the craziest lore I’ve ever lored.

Sigh, here we go.

A long time ago, before any form of gim had evolved, there was only one being, Cyro:trade_mark:. He was the Lord of EVERYTHING, from the flashing skies to the vast oceans, he ruled it all. Of course, all supernatural beings were lonely, so he created, The Very First Gim:trade_mark:. He saw this as a brainflash of brilliance, so he created, The Very Second Gim:trade_mark:. And The Very Third Gim :trade_mark:. You get the idea. Soon enough, there was a thriving population of these blobby, silly creatures with only legs and no mouths. But, not everything went as expected.

Lord Cyro, had a dream. It was one nightmare, that soon, these innocent beings, more specifically, a special one might overthrow him, ultimately stealing the throne. He was horrified. Immediately, he descended to GimLand,:trade_mark: where all the gims resided. He became paranoid, any one of these people could be the one to crumble his kingdom.

There was this one gim, who was different from all others in many ways. He was much braver, smarter, and reckless. He was named Cyprus. He had the wits to smelt and use iron, which at the time was thought to be a shiny stone. He made iron tools and armor, a major milestone for the Gims. Then he discovered copper. Then bronze, and brass. You get the idea. He was highly valued and respected, and soon rose to be a leader.

Soon, Cyprus grew and became the ruler of GimLand™. His castle stretched upon the horizon, and his people had become under his control. He wielded an army capable of defeating anything, and an axe forged by his ace blacksmith, Gale. It was made of an alloy of diamond and tungsten, shattering whoever dared deny his rule.

Cyro was furious. Feeling anger swell up in him like a volcano about to erupt, he climbed the narrow staircase up to Cyprus’s kingdom. The guards tried to stop him, but he vaporized them with the GimGauntlet™, created from the clouds themselves. This controlled everything, holding all of Cyro’s powers, in one glove.

“STOP EXPANDING THY KINGDOM, OR FACE THE WRATH OF MY GAUNTLET,” Cyro boomed. Cyprus was not threatened, as he had been awaiting this day since the day he had became a king. He had made a plan, to STEAL the gauntlet before this encounter. All of a sudden, Gale snuck up behind Cyro and snatched his gauntlet, ultimately guaranteeing the defeat of Cyro. In agony, he crumbled down to his knees as Gale handed it to Cyprus, who prepared to snap.

“WAIT! I have something to say,” Cyro said weakly. “If you snap and disintegrate me, you will face the curse of Zythorn™. Your kingdom will crumble in the dumbest, most preventable way possible, and you will remember this moment, the day you turned upon your own creator. GO AHEAD, THE DECISION IS ALL YOURS TO MAKE.”

Cyprus looked at Gale skeptically, then looked at the gauntlet covering his hands and Cyro, once the all-powerful Lord, about to be destr0yed by his own creation. He sighed, then snapped, obliterating Cyro forever.

Seven years later was long after Cyprus became the Lord of the Gims™.No possible thing could destr0y him. All in this world were gims. Technology had advanced, and so had science, creating more powerful gadgets and armor. All until, The Great Plaque™. It was a time of sickness, which could easily be cured by the proper medicine that they had, but nobody could was well enough to cure themselves or others, and the illness was inevitable.

Meanwhile, in another world, there was the great Zythron™, the green, mean, k!lling machine. He was sure to be a force to be reckoned with. His army consisted of Plactoids™, mythical creatures similar to snakes, but could fly, and spew poisonous gases. These deadly creatures were accompanied by Stumpleweeds™, wooden beasts similar to giants, but were pure brutes. Along came the Shadowtoads, engulfing anything with darkness, and the one and only Hectosphere™, a magical giant who could destr0y anything, only being stopped by it’s stupidity. When they learned of GimLand™, Zythron smiled, and prepared his troops for invasion.

The war was horrible. Poisonous gases infiltrated the air, while shadows blinded anything in it’s path. Cyprus panicked as he breathed his last breath, and soon enough, his downfall followed. Zythorn was too powerful, and as he took over yet another kingdom, Cyro’s curse was nothing but true.

If you need help on building these creatures, just ask.
