So I’m trying to make a barrel look like it is tipped over and spilled water, but I can’t get the hex on the dirt correct for water
that’s probably because of the brown mixing with the blue
yes, I wonder if you get a weird mix of colors, you could make it light blue
You could try to layer another transparent barrel over it and mess around with the colors.
I’d suggest using moss instead, tinted 107,105, 247 in RGB
