How do i make a zone only activate for one team.

I am making a bedwars map and I have laser defense, but the team that buys it’s shouldn’t be damaged, but they still are.
How is it activated?
a vending machine activates the laser, and I was trying to make it so the zone deactivates the laser when they walk through it and reactivates when they leave, but the other team can also deactivate it to.

ive made a system
so im guessing the laser is off in the beginning.
when they buy the laser using vending machine it turns on
and u need 3 zones.
first zone wired to the laser is
Player enters zone > Deactivate laser
second one is
Player enters zone > Activate laser
and these two are on top of each other on the entrance side
the last zone is on the inside. and is wired to the laser like this:
Player enters zone > Deactivate laser
and it works

What you need:
A zone
A trigger/wire repeater
A laser
Ever heard of the trigger’s team setting? I think the wire repeater has it too. Set it to Team (Team Number Here). The zone should now only pass the signal to the laser if it’s the correct team. Pretty sure there’s the checker, too.
And then you know the laser settings and all
Trigger collisions and visibility off

COMPLETE GUIDE!!!
SO FIRST THINGS FIRST there is a ten times more simple way to make this and that’s to make the laser no visible to the defending team in the first place!!
You first need to get a relay vending machine and laser!
Click on the laser and make it not activate on game start!
Then go into the relay and the audience all players on specific team!
And change the team underneath it to team 2 (as that is the team we want the laser to damage)
Then use wires (you can use channels but for laziness sake I’m not going too!
Wire the vending machine to the repeater
And then wire the relay to the laser!
And it should look like this
IMPORTANT ONE MORE THING CHANGE THE LASER SCOPE TO TEAM!!!
THEN you are done!!!
I cant see it but team 2 can and it damages them but not me!
