How do i make it that it randomly selects players from team 2 and move them to team 1

Use a lifecycle device that will start a repeater. The repeater runs twice. The repeater triggers a relay. (The relay is for random player on specific team - team 1.) Connect the relay to a team switcher that switches to team 2.
