I need a thumbnail for my story game!

I need a thumbnail for my story game I’m making, It’s called Career’s Story and I am in desperate need of a thumbnail. Even though I’m pretty good at making thumbnails, I’m currently really sick and It will take a long time to make a thumbnail like that. Gims that I would like are tropicool, shark carver, or axle. With a theme of “peace” to make the player seem relaxed, I would like the setting to be in a snowy forest or house.
