So I was just working on my creative map and I needed to test it out, it does have a question system and I put a question set with only one correct answer on the question. As I was in the play mode I started to get exp, which should not happen in creative mode maps. (unless I didn’t know it could happen)
Ok, let me try to explain this further. Every minute, the game checks if you have answered a question within that minute. If you have, you get xp. The possible reasons where you might have not gotten xp before is:
you ended the game before the first check
you didn’t answer a question before the first check
The map I have been making requires you to answer questions to move and every time I tested it I spent well over the 1 minute check time, but I didn’t get exp. It takes me around 4-5 minutes to fully test the map.
Well, I am not sure then. It could also possibly be that the notification that you got xp was activated while you were still in the questioner, and it didn’t show up? Also, if you were working on this before the xp update a month or so ago then it will have changed.
there is a new EXP update that works on any map with questions, where the new update is that you get 300xp each minute as long as you answer a question correctly and are actively playing.
