Only trust level 4 people can pin posts. The only pinned post on this forum was the first post made by josh, where he pinned it so it would appear at the top of every new user’s screen (actually I found out it was a banner. Same thing, except users can close it). And no, it doesn’t have to do with that orange line, I think that was just a glitch of some sort.

You know that blue thingy that pops up when you make a new account that tells you that posting codes and join links are not allowed?
