So I’m currently working on a project and I need to use barriers as the floor unfortunately and the way they are formatted can’t be moved or changed and it needs water on the barriers does anyone have any ideas on how would I make water without terrain

Use blue barriers, then use the custom shape device to make waves :D,

Try using a transparent-ish barrier colored 0, 132, 255 (or another shade of blue) on top of some sand, dirt, or moss.
