What does bump mean, I never new 
cuz every one is sayin that
Essentially you do it to a post, and it brings it back up to the top of the forum where the topics are, it’s supposed to get some people to click on and discover old posts/unresolved questions. You shouldn’t do it to a post unless the last reply was a week or more ago

There’s not a general rule, it’s just that you shouldn’t do it if there’s a lot of recent activity
