I think you have to have a tl4 make it a wiki, then replace your images.
Also badges aren’t working, so the current tl4s are like kat, turtle, bird, unstable, and 2468. https://forum.creative.gimkit.com/g/trust_level_4

Does anybody know how I can make this team based? Like the whole team shares one big health pool? But it probably will not be possible to do the steal thing and only possible to do the health

Anyways, you’d have to use Psuedo-Health in a way where the whole team shares it. It’s kind of complicated and maybe not worth it but try checking it out:
