How to make it so you can walk through barriers

i am trying to make barriers for shadows but i want to be able to walk through the shadows and when i made my 3d art map i cant walk through the shadows

Set the Collision setting to Off.
You can make shadows by using tinted barriers that have their borders hidden.

you can put it in the above layer also
