How to make Instant Reloads?

I was just wondering what upgrades to add to my map and thought of Instant Reload. Any ideas?

You could take the weapon from the player and give them a new one with full ammo!

As cliclac said, you could keep regranting and taking an item from a player on a repeater with 0.1 delay. (pretty sure that is the max)
