Would it be possible to make Grow-A-Garden, the game from Roblox in gimkit?
How does Grow a Garden work? Sorry, I haven’t played Roblox for the past 1 and a half years.
it’s literally the games name, you grow a garden. There’s also a shop where you can buy stuff and upgrades.
Depends on what you want from the game.
The offline part? Not possible unless something gets added, because the player id can only tell the date, not the exact time I believe.
It’s a strangely popular game that I don’t know much about. I do know that there is out of game growing, so that part isn’t possible to create in gimkit. The rest should be, though.
I’m not really looking for an offline profit, I’m just looking for like the way to grow a plant then sell it for money.
This is just a version of Farmchain, isn’t it?
Well that’s easy with a farm plot, unless you want something more complicated than that.
I mean… ehh- I never thought about that..
Complicated like how? Coding?
Like having more than just growing and harvesting it. Being able to influence growth speed and such.
Okay, if so? How would I do such a thing?
I don’t have an exact system down, but you’d have to split it into growth stages.
Also keep in mind, this means the plant has to go at a set point, not in any one of the farm plots like the normal farm plot system would.
Each growth stage would have a timer before progressing to the next, which would just be a simple timer system with a trigger loop and a counter. You would also make the counter decrement upon receiving another action, which could be like “watering” the plant.
Ahh
I totally understood what you said.. So what your saying is, its possible?
Should be. don’t have time to test stuff out, but it is most likely possible with some trigger loop and counter stuff.
I think they just said a system to do a part of it, so yes, it’s possible.
This will probably just end up being Farmchain with extra features
K, I’ma mark a solution now.
