How to make gas station

I am wondering how to make a gas station. I want it to have a top down view so you see the top of it. When you walk it you get teleported to the inside (I know how to do that part). Any ideas/pictures. Thanks!

Do you know if there is a way to look at the building from a birds eye view?

use a metal sign then tint it dark (96, 96, 96)? with birds eye that I all u will see
