How to make fire/poison damage (🟩)

I’m board so here is a simple damage tick guide if you want poison or fire damage

what you need

[2] Repeater
[1] Zone
[1] damager
[1] Counter

Step 1

place a damager and set the damage to what you want and then set the damage player channel
(I am going to do fire damage)

Step 2

place you zone and out the same channel as damager

Step 3

place you repeater and this is what everything for the repeater should look like this

Step 4

place down your counter and set the the target limit to how long you want it to last (seconds)
the rest of the counter should look like this



now your second repeater it should look like this

now click play and walk into the zone it should work feel free to change all the number in the counter and repeaters!!

if there is something not working just tell me and I will see if you did something wrong I have tested this already so it should work

Great guide but don’t use repeaters 2 triggers are better and more memory efficient :slight_smile:

I need repeaters for the way I did it

trigger looping will still work, it substitutes repeaters

I disagree but I am not trying to start an argument.

I will try to switch it out with triggers so if a can get it to work

Trigger looping itself is better with a delay of 1 second. Way more memory efficient.
(half the things here don’t need to be here bro…)
all u js need is a trigger and a damager (btw u can channel 2 things in the same box sooo)
