How to make a trigger deactivate for 15 seconds after it is triggered, and then activate again?

Connect it to a wire repeater with a delay of 15 seconds, and then connect the wire repeater back to the trigger.

Don’t forget to connect the trigger to another wire repeater without a delay and connect that to the trigger to deactivate it.
