How to make a mineable ore

Use a text and put it on a stone tile. Then, use a checker and check for a tool(pickaxe). Wire the checker to the text saying that if the check passes, the ore will hide. Make an item granter and make it to whatever item you want to be granted. wire the checker to the granter saying, check passes —> Grant Item.
