Weeeeelll you cant make the popup show an image other than the normal ones, but you could try teleporting the player to a giant map and hiding them under a prop.

Well they could. They could use the map emoji and paste it for the popup header.

Well, they never specified so I am not really sure. In that case, however, then yes only certain approved images can be used for popups.

Honestly, this reminds me of a topic talking about a minimap. The concept was based on game overlays with pixel art and triggers, I believe. You could probably make pop up pixel art.
