You go into editing (you should be able to edit your guide if the time has not run out)
For your bio, click into your PFP in the top right.

I think you should take out the codes on them. You could just cover them up with something or crop it but youā€™re not allowed to share codes and since this is your first time I thought this might help you not get flagged.

As long as the codes are inactive he/she is fine.
