How to make a capture the point game

I want to have a map like this But the teams have to have all 4 pont/flag (whichever works) claimed to win…but they can be taken by other team after being claimed…. How would i make a system where the island can be claimed (i know how to make it where it ends game when all four islands are taken (property +1 every island claimed) but it’s the point capture function im struggling with.
