How does fragility work and lasers?

So basically I am making a game on platformer and need to have a way players can knock players back and have lasers do damage as well. Is this possible?

i think so, do you mean that players can take damage (knockback) but also take damage when touching lasers?

I need players to knockout and restart when lasers touch them. Then players fire at them and they get knocked back.

hmm i think that it would only increase thier fragility, not k1ll them.

Im pretty sure to k1ll people in knockback you have to use zones.

When I fire at an enemy player they arent getting knocked back. Why is this?

You could just create a creative map and test this laser + fragility thing yourself.

Also low fragility = low knockback.

yeah fragility isnt like damage it basically only makes you go farther when hit

I will get them to 999 and they wont move at all.

well when they get fragility to 999 then they should go far so if they arent moving at all thats wierd.

if you have like 2 tabs and you’re on one tab knocking the other player then it won’t work

you can make a 0 damage laser that links to a respawn device.

I assume its also a platformer/obby since you said restart so…

Step 1, make the laser transmit on “eliminate” when its touched (should be in the channel options).

Step 2, make a respawn device that activates when it receives on “eliminate”, this will kill the player.

Step 3, make a checkpoint at the start of your game that activates when it receives on “eliminate”.

So this will kill the player when they touch the laser and also reset them to the start of the game.
