How do you make energy apply to a specific team

I am trying to make a tag game, but the energy is applied to all the teams and I want it to be applied to only the seeking team(team 1)

Are you using a starting inventory? Maybe instead use a lifecycle (game start) —>relay (all players on specific team) —>item granter (energy)
