How do you make a zone that only goes once for people, but will only stop a counter after everyone in the game is through

This is hard because the people who go through need to get back in but the zone cannot trigger for them or the counter would be off. I already have a device for how many people in the game, it just needs the zone to trigger once per player. Another dilemma is that it’s cooperative.
