How do you make a knockout manager tell who knocked out who using blocks? (I need for custom messages)

How do you get it to show the message? That doesn’t work for me. I did everything the same except mine is for a tagged player. Does it work for a tag player?
Player Tagged By Another Player > Run Wire Pulse Block
Blockcode:
Send Notification | Title: “Triggering Player’s Name”
Content: | was tagged!
What it should look like:
[Triggering Player’s Name]
was tagged!
Note: there has to be a [SPACE] before “was tagged!” or it will look like this:
[Triggering Player’s NAME]was tagged!

The Notification device.
The Tag Zone is wired to it.
Player Tagged > Run Wire Pulse Block
If you’re struggling:
The “Send Notification” block is in the “For This Device” tab, the “Triggering Player’s Name” block is from essentials, and the “ was tagged” block, also the text is from the “Text” section.
