you can still use props. sheilds for wheels and maybe a barrier for the body of the car
A functioning car is impossible to create, but if you want a stationary one than it is possible to create it using combinations of props.

Use this guide but change it to a car. If you want to drive it that would be extremly difficult.

Let me make 1. 1 sec. (You could use a tractor, emoji, or rover)
Use a barrier prop, barrier device (fully black) and basketball props. The basket ball props are at 84R, 84G, 84B. Then use metal poles (no shadows or collosion and on lower layer) for the markings on the parking lot floor.
