How do I Make these kind of sentries?

I’m trying to make enemy sentries that can talk. But i need help…

i had a tutorial for that but it got deleted
basically, you wanna add a zone around it that when entered, shows a button saying “talk” which when pressed opens a banner popup, and when you leave the zone it hides the button.
