How do i make the timer like in tag domination that let’s team one tag for 45 seconds, then team 2, etc.

You would make it with a game overlay but I know there is an easy way to do it with blocks. Maybe ask one of the regulars

How can i make a two different notifications alternate sending on a timer

how can i make it so two notifications will alternate sending every 45 seconds example: one says run away, other says go tag start of game=go tag 45 sec later: run away 45 sec after that: go tag etc. @bushenberg pls help
