How do I make one team have more then the other when they spawn

i am new to gimkit creative and trying to make a cops and robbers map but i cant figure out how to make the cops spawn with more health then the robbers

Maybe have the robbers [team] spawn with partial health, then grant extra to the cops [team] using the Health Granter device.
