How do I make my character go faster and zoom out a little in game?

I think you can do that just when you are building the game…
but theres a device that zooms +

you cant zoom out, but to go faster just use the seed modifier.

Get a lifestyle device (set to game start) and attach it to a speed modifier with the desired speed

just use a speed modifier. its pretty easy.

No, that zooms in. I believe there is no way to zoom out.

Yeah the camera view just restrict the view of the camera making it either getting smaller or staying the same
