I dont know how to make game overlay/ button have a cooldown( like a timer that disables it for seconds or minutes) and making that button available for that person ONLY. The rest doesnt have that button.
To make a game overlay you place down a game overlay. 
No like when u click a certain button the rest if those buttons witll dissapear
On the button, wire the overlay to the other overlays.
Wire the overlay to a wire repeater, and wire that back to the overlay.
