How do I make a thing that makes tag zones change between teams every 30 seconds

Code is inactive btw
Step 1: Set down 2 triggers, that have a delay of 30 seconds. (invisible, player collision off)
Wire them together so they go in an infinite loop. Trigger 1 → Trigger 2, Trigger 2 → Trigger 1
Step 2: Wire both triggers to 1 tag zone. Make sure they don’t pulse the same message. Do the same with the other one, except make sure it relays the OPPOSITE message to the OPPOSITE tag zone on the SAME trigger.
Note: You have to trigger the trigger on your own, I did not include how to set it off.
