Use a game overlay like this:

then put down a speed modifier like this:

then use a wire repeater like this:

then overlay to the wire repeater then wire it back like this:

New wire repeater:

then put down a new speed modifier:

Then wire the overlay to the repeater (the new one you put down) and then the repeater to the speed modifier. New game overlay:

Then make a loop from the second overlay to the fourth repeater:
