How do I get Text above props

I know it works in some cases but How specifically do I do it?

Go to the layers tab in the top-left of your screen and move the text’s layer above the prop of your choice.

easiest solution

if it is hard to find the text since u have 321947329473289 other things in layers, try going to the text, clicking the name, and renaming it to something simple then changing the layer
