I’m pretty sure you can just go to Devices and search “Barrier”, and add that in, then just click it and you should see a setting called “Barrier Color”, just set that to the color you want.
Why did you put in a date for Saigon, Los Angeles and Paris

if you want to do that with props too, then you can just tint them (which works a bit differently)
instead of changing the color scheme of the prop itself, it just layers on the color you chose with a bit of transparency on top, so it never looks that good
