If you’re trying to change the team name on the leaderboard, then I’m sorry. That hasn’t been added yet. If you’re trying to internally reference a custom team name, then you would put each team name into a property, and each time someone does something, use a notification to say “Team Get Property ( Triggering players team number) has done X!”
