ok so I got the buying land problem fixed now I need to plant stuff in individual squares in the plot of land anyone ideas?

try using crafting tables to need seeds in order to grow stuff

well how many plots are you gonna have

You can change the appearance of the craft table into a farming plot, check out this guide for more information:

It is, but you will reach a limit on crafting tables eventually. Maybe there is another way.
