How could I make something that sort of like poisonous gas that gets closer once every five minutes?

You could use wire repeaters or triggers set to a delay of 5 mins

I was going to say you could make barrieres all over you map and as time goes on they become visable to make the fog and make it seethrough green and have sones to were when a player in it gets damaged.
