How Can I Make Text's On Props Like on signs And Boards And Cabinets

So I was making a capture the flag game mixed with tag: Domaination when I wanted to add texts on the cabinets and boards, but sadly I couldn’t, so how do you do that?

You have to use layers. When you add the text device onto the cabinet, click on this button at the top left

You will see a list of devices/props near you. Move the one that says “text” above “cabinet/board.”
