basically I want a system where as you walk you go faster and faster till you reach a max speed, this is based on the sonic games if you cant tell.
uhhhhhhh well with fragility you can kinda make it work I think, because when you get hit at a high amount of damage, you’ll kinda skid I guess.
You get more faster when what happens?
the longer you walk, basically as you walk your speed will slowly start increasing, replicating momentum.
maybe zones that if you run through them you get faster?
and for the momentum to go away make a counter count down for each zone hit so when it hits zero the gim gets ¨Tired´
I dont really know anything.
Sorry.
hmm maybe when you start you go though zones and speed modifiers or math so how long you take from one zone to the other you put in pblocks this many seconds this time idk
Try this out. It might have what you need!
And this too
But if you did use multiple zones, it would only work in one direction, since, if you go in the other direction, the zones would slow you down, no? And, that means you’d need 2 zones inside each other, which, wouldn’t work. Also, if someone stopped moving, them building up momentum would’nt be as accurate, since, if they stop at said zone, the one that speeds you up the most, then, they would be fast without actually building up the momentum.
pseudo speed?
bruh I really want a update where every number input could be substituted by a property.
Basically, go at one speed, and if you don’t stop, then 2 speed, then 3 speed and so on.
I think there is a way to track player movement right?
never mind that lol they should make of of these pseudo things into game mechanics.
yeah with the coordinate system/device.
so coordinate devices can track when u stop moving?
uhhhh probably bc it wouldn’t update?.. coding may be nessacary
Pseudo speed? that would be impossible there is no way to make fake speed without the speed device
Speed cannot be faked even in real life
this is the quote of the century.
yeah ik speed cant be faked, I was thinking of something else
bro I just heard holy music and the twentieth century music theme when You said that
But what were you thinking of
using a property to determine speed, but I remembered that it has to be Manuel imput
