What is this?
This is a guide that clarifies what TL3, TL4, and Moderators can do on the forum. A table will be used to demonstrate what can be on the forum with these trust levels. TL4 is officially being given out as an experiment to see if community members can moderate the forum. This guide shows what powerful actions can be done at what trust level.
