I’m pretty sure you do, but I’ve only published under the season ticket so I don’t really know.
Yes, if you do unpublish your map and wish to republish it you do have to pay 1000 Gimbucks again. (If you don’t have the season ticket)
I know, it is a shame, It happened to me and I just never got to re-publishing my map.
